Hi, I’m Mona aka Simone. At creative.runnings., we build a personalized training plan that takes your unique running background, your goals, and your day-to-day progress into account. We are human, not AI robots, and can take the guesswork off your shoulders by adjusting each of your runs to the way you and your body feel. This can greatly reduce the risk of fatigue, injury, or plain loss of motivation that can occur with a cookie-cutter or AI-generated plan.

Plus, you have a real person to talk to, text with, and celebrate your workouts with! A person who cares and takes your journey seriously.

Coaching philosophies:

  • Stacy Sim’s “Roar” and “Next Level” on the unique physiology of women in sports

  • Daniel’s Running Formula

  • A mix of other methods

Experience:

  • 11 years in running (~28,000 miles covered), coached by multiple elite runners

  • Competitive on a club level, multiple USA Track & Field wins

  • Former women’s captain of a series-winning USA Track & Field running club

  • A wide range of race distances from 100 miles to 400 meters

  • Vertical beer mile champion :)

  • Experience with running nutrition and hydration

  • Experience with AI-generated plans and their drawbacks

Best suited for:

  • Road race PRs (especially marathon and half marathon)

  • Ultra/trail running

Not suited for:

  • Track racing (though I can help if it’s not your main activity)

  • Field events (no way)

  • Youth coaching

  • The introductory offer is for female runners, though I will be happy to coach male athletes later on.
