STEP 2: CUSTOMIZED PLAN

Based on the information gathered, we’ll create a tailored plan designed to progressively lead you toward your target. The plan will incorporate key elements like race prep, time off for vacations, work, travel, potential injuries, and other personal considerations, ensuring it’s perfectly suited to your life and needs.

STEP 3: TIME TO RUN!

Once your plan is ready (typically within 1-2 weeks), we’ll upload it to your training calendar (like Final Surge or TrainingPeaks). From there, you’ll be all set to start training with your new, personalized program!
