Our Current and former Athletes
Elida
Elida got hurt in a non-running accident and had to put her goals on hold for a long time while healing with the help of our PT partner Dr. Jade.
But now that she's got the green light to run again, it's on! Jade recommended Elida seek out the help of a coach to start back up safely and get back to the marathon distances she used to do—and beyond.
Song
Meet Song, who's training for the Wild Woman 50k in June! Song's main goal in running is to listen to her body and focus on her journey rather than the outcome of one particular finish line.
In running, we can have outcome goals like finish times, but process goals like feeling strong, staying fueled, running healthy, and much more are just as important—if not more!
Jenny
Meet Jenny! She's training for the 2026 Javelina 100-mile race in the Arizona desert. She has already run the 100k distance there in 2024, so it won't be a quantum leap! But what most differentiates the two distances is likely the need to run through the night. Besides the nutrition puzzle, of course.
